I'm sorry Mr Lee Shen Yang, but according to our Constitution, we cannot allow external organisations to handle our defence matters. However, we will be able to allow you to set up your Lame Isles Security Pte Ltd if we are able to change the Constitution. For that, Parliment will have to draft a Constitutional Amendment and it will have to be passed by the Cabinet. Parliment will seat on 14/4/2004, at 2pm, in the SJI Canteen. Mr Lee Shen Yang is allowed to plead his case then.
