Some Announcements, Answers and Updates

To Critic:
Thanks for the compliments.
As for the inactive people, it's not easy to get people involved in the affairs of the state, and I don't wish to force people. And it's not possible to get people to be so active considering that everyone is so busy.

Update:
A Charity Table Soccer Match was help last Friday to raise funds for the Gay Fund.
We would like to thank St Teresa's Church, and the St Teresa's Youth Group for allowing us to hold the event on their premises.
It was an intense battle for scoring, and underhand, I mean, under player means, were taken to score goals. (ahem.)
eahy - uncountable goals
charissa - uncountable goals
(This was due to the lights being off to make the game more challenging, and a refree who didn't have night vision)

Anyway, we have gotten sponsers!
James Fernando: 1 polo sweet
Shawn Seow: Infinite (He promised to give us 'priceless' money for our 'uncountable' number of goals.)

Once again, we thank STYG and our sponsers.

Time to continue complaining. Yet, this is slightly different.

The whip lashes out against inactive people. Is it not true that the govt by itself is unable to continue and hold on to a lasting lame reigme. Does it not lead and continues this sprit? Yet, as we do not respond to their lead. Is it like a classroom discussion where no one answers? If so, why? If not, why is there this situation? Is the Govt able to address all the major and minor issues if no one responds? Would our might be shown by a center core with no support? Would a thesis stand without strong support? No, No, and No.

Alright. Now for manageral stuff. It is my pleasure to note that since my last post, much of my comments had been acted on. Suggestions to hold a democratic elections, as well as to hold meetings have been acted on. That is a job well done. I am also happy to know that a university is/had been set up. How it would be like would be revealed by the relevant authorities... I hope.

I commend the helping of the unprevillaged and hope that more funds would be set aside for other groups of people.

Set a target for posts per week and see if there is a pattern.

Yours Truly

What type of cheepo will be conned into buying chocolate vouchers. It doesn't take a choc expert to tell that the IJ people are conning us. The vouchers are made of PAPER not CHOCOLATE, as they claim it is. And that day I scared of an IJ con-woman.

Con-woman (to me and 2 other classmates): Would you all like to buy some choclate vouchers? It's for IJ (blah blah blah)
Me: How much is it?
Con-woman: Oh..It's just $10 each.
Me: Wow...so much arh...
Con-woman: You all can share what...3 of you share one ticket...
Me: Yeah...And each of us will pay $3.33 and one-third cent.
Con-woman: Yah..$3 and dadadadada (That's what she said, truly)
Me: Hey Glenn, you got one-third cent?
Glenn: No...
Me: Oh sorry then...

And the con-woman is forced away.
I feel evil.
But IJ should really brush up on their math. You can't go to the exam and say 10 divided by three is 3 and dadadadada.
And anyway the vouchers were fake.
What chocolate.

Just to get things straight, it's MISS Charissa Chen.
Sorry for the misunderstanding.
And Jov was so concerned...
An official declaration:

The President has discussed the 'Gay Fund' issue with Ms Charissa Chen, and has gained an in-depth knowledge into the 'Gay Fund'. It is to my understanding that the Fund aims to ungay people, and is sort of a 'medical fund', as described by Ms Chen. Thus, I have come to a conclusion that the 'Gay Fund' is not a threat to National Security, but rather, is a pillar of strength in our society.

I hereby declare that the 'Gay Fund' is no longer designated as a terrorist group, but is an official and legal organisation that is sanctioned by the Executive Government to raise funds and give aid to gays.

The declaration ends here.
I strongly dissagree with point 6 in the post on the 11 feb:

6. The last issue is to highlight the recent threat of the onslaught of
terrorism on our tagboards by a Terrorist Group that goes by the name of the
'Gay Fund Rebels'. After a series of pay cuts imposed on the Rebels, namely
Junior Ministress of Cleanliness and Chief Architect, Charissa Chen and Junior
Minister of Lame Power, Edwin Low, we have managed to successfully curtail the
influence of the GRP on our Federation

My fellow friend, Edwin Low and I were just supporting those who are sexually challanged. We are not terrorists. We have done nothing what so ever to harm lameisles or it's citizens..We are faithful to it's people. In short WE ARE NOT BAD! :))

so what u want me to say now? "Don't support the gay fund"? "....."support the ANTI-gay fund"? O.o

Hello all good people lame and dear. I'm back!!!! My computer has finally been fixed and now i am able to view and blog on blogs. [without having to bug my bro to use his com] YES! [runs ard like a crazily happy person in bg]
Nywy, i will try to blog more, but excuse me next week if i dun come for parliament meeting because i have a &#$(*@#$# Common Test. sigh. sometimes i will not be present for parliament meetings cuz my father has decided to cut my internet time during the weekdays and weekends whenever he feels i'm not doing my work.
In other news, the President has alr given me the go-ahead to set up a school for the "Mentally and Humourously Disabled". Therefore i will be raising funds to set up the school, adding onto the money that the President has generously given. [Only God knows where he got the money from]. Thank you, Mr President.
The university is wondering what the people want, and is therefore taking opinions to know what courses they should provide, as some courses have not been provided yet. Closing date is March 10.
Oh, and btw,

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

The First State of the Federation Address, Direct from Exec. Island, Lame Isles

Good evening my fellow lamers and friends. I would like to start the Address first by wishing one and all a happy lunar new year (Cue: Pull your ear).

I would like to touch on the issues brought forward by the Vice President Mentos, Gan Wei Yi.

1. I agree with his idea of having a democratic vote for the Government, but am apprehensive as to whether the vote will be succesful, since the percentage of our active population is very small.
Therefore, I urge all of you to 'Get out and Vote!' once we have drawn out a democratic way to elect our Goverment. After a half-day discussion with myself, I have decided that Wei Yi will draft the Government structure which will be finalised after I have viewed it. And when Lame Isles has grown

2. I am sorry if any of my actions have been seen as an abuse of power, but I tell you honestly, It's all for your own good! Anyway, I shall try not to spoil the reputation of Lame Isles in future. Speaking of which, I will cover at a later part of my Address the issue of the first ever terrorist group in Lame Isles, the Gay Fund Rebels (GFR).

3. The Lame Isles Parliment should be started by any Lamers at about 9:30pm on Saturdays, even if I am not online yet. Pro-active, I say. For youth who ask 'What can we do? I tell you, speak out and the Government will listen.' (Hey...This sounds familiar...)

4. The idea of a Lame Isles cheer is indeed a a good one. Considering that most of us are not good singers, it would be a good alternative to a National Anthem (Who on earth actually had the weird idea to have national anthems...) I invite all lamers to throw up (not literally) ideas for our National Cheer.

5. I have decided, after serious thought, that the following will be the policy for the Great Project - Removing Slackers.
A Lamer who does not blog after one month, unless under special circumstances, will be removed to a list of 'To be terminated soon Citizens'.
Lamers should at least tag, if not possible to blog, or else totally inactive Lamers will be fully terminated as of two months from this day, and there citizenship will be revoked.

6. The last issue is to highlight the recent threat of the onslaught of terrorism on our tagboards by a Terrorist Group that goes by the name of the 'Gay Fund Rebels'. After a series of pay cuts imposed on the Rebels, namely Junior Ministress of Cleanliness and Chief Architect, Charissa Chen and Junior Minister of Lame Power, Edwin Low, we have managed to successfully curtail the influence of the GRP on our Federation.

Finally, I would like to thank you for listen to my Address, and look forward to see you in Parliment tomorrow.

Good night.
